At the Mayan ruins of "Tikal", in Guatemala's "Peten", a vast rain forest, I sat atop a Mayan temple and watched the sun set over the jungle.
This is an experience of sounds and smells, as the rainforest is so full of life, and the times when day changes to night, and vice-versa, are the times when there is the most movement by the wild things.
The sinking of the orange sun is the dawn for all the nocturnals.
