ARTIST'S COMMENTARY (continued)

A nearly symetrical composition, this piece borrows from the "Prussian Blue" studies, made earlier.
The heavily forested studies in green and blue inspired by the mountains between Ayacucho and Cuzco, have remained some of my favorites from the entire series. I think they remind me somehow of Tibetan Buddhist painting, which I have always been drawn to and admire greatly.
Symetrical compositions such as this can sometimes seem to have a hidden face or figure.
